3.1.1 Technical Issues: Refunds will be granted if the Service fails to perform its primary functions, including image translation, removal of watermark, processing errors, bulk images upload, due to technical issues on our end.

3.1.2 Billing Errors: Refunds may be issued in cases of billing errors, such as duplicate charges or incorrect subscription amounts.

3.1.3 Dissatisfaction: Users may request a refund within 15 days of purchasing a premium plan if they are dissatisfied with the Service and its features. This option is available for both monthly and yearly subscribers. (In weekly subscription this option is not available).

4. Refund Request Procedure

4.1 To request a refund, users must:

4.1.2 Clearly state the reason for the refund request and provide relevant details, such as the date of purchase and the username associated with the account.

4.1.3 Attach any supporting evidence, such as screenshots or error messages for our internal forensics.

4.2 All refund requests will be reviewed within three to five business days of receipt.
